We specialize in implementing management systems that ensure organizations meet and exceed their regulatory and customer requirements. Our methods for process optimization coupled with quality tools allow for data-driven business management to facilitate growth and cost-savings for each client.
After years of auditing, training and working with many organizations, DAGMA ACADEMY was established in January 2024. Our goal is to provide best-in-class quality and aerospace training to strengthen auditors and industry professionals with the latest industry knowledge and tools and allow them to apply their skills to excel in performance within their own organizations. Dagmara holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Applied Science and Engineering (Aerospace option), from the University of Toronto, Canada. Her professional background spans the automotive manufacturing and aerospace sectors, along with business management consulting. During her tenure at Pratt & Whitney Canada, Honeywell Aerospace, and Design Precision Castings, she gained extensive experience in Engineering, Aerospace Quality, and Supply Chain Management. For the last decade, Dagmara has been a prominent consultant, auditor, and trainer in the aerospace industry.
Dagmara imparts her enthusiasm for flight safety through teaching aerospace courses on a range of subjects at her DAGMA ACADEMY, as well as for SAE International and several Certification Bodies. Additionally, she is a seasoned consultant focused on enhancing process efficiency, employing a variety of quality tools, and ensuring compliance with technical and international standards. Her expertise lies in implementing aerospace, nuclear, and quality management system standards, along with other relevant aerospace regulations.
Dagmara is a Probitas-certified ISO9001 and AS9100 Lead Auditor and AS9110 auditor. As a certified professional, she conducts both internal and external audits across the global aerospace supply chain. Her expertise ensures compliance with the rigorous standards set by AS9100 and AS9110, which are essential for maintaining quality and safety in aerospace manufacturing and maintenance.
Dagmara is a professional engineer, affiliated with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) and the Society of Aerospace/Automotive Engineers (SAE), and DAGMA Inc. is certified in Canada’s Controlled Goods Program. Her key strengths are leadership, project management, communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. She is proficient in both English and Polish and holds citizenship in each country.
